The house of recreation is located in the district of Strýčkovice community in Southwest part of Czech Republic near to Šumava Mountains in ecologycally clean area, cca 500 m above sea level. The fully grassy lot that belongs to the private house is completely available to the visitors and covers the area of 15 000 m2. At the very end of the lawn begins continuous forest area.The house´s own area covers 140 m2 ane is surraunded by open lighted terrace of 30 m2 and by covered terrace of 10 m2. There is a separated bathroom ane WC inside the house, 2 double bed bedrooms with the possibility of cots. The kitchen is equipped with tefrigerator, microwave owen, electric stove, electric tea-pot, pots and pans, silver ane china dishes. The 40 m2 living room has color TV, satelite receiver and HIFI set. Dining area is included. The heating is electric.The visitors can use the sporting area of the swimming pool during the summer-time, mountain bikes are available all year around. Winter sports possibilities include cro country skiing and down-hill skiing for the children.This beatiful piece of the landscape is 40 km in distance from the border of Germany. In the near neighbourhood of 20 km you can find quite a few historical and natural monuments. For instance the Water Castle Švihov, the former residence of the House of Czernin´s earls in Chudenice, their popular Arboretum American Gardens and the look-out tower. The outdoors scenery is simply wonderful.In the distance of 80 km you will find the very popular triangle of the famous Spas: Mariánské Lázně, Karlovy Vary and Františkovy Lázně. And the Capitol Prague is only one hour drive mostly on express highway. In the Winter time it is easy to raech the downhill ski-slopes with ski-lifts. (40 km distance) in Šumava Mountains.
